5. Appointments, Payments, and Cancellation Policy

All appointments require advance scheduling and payment policies are communicated at the time of booking.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee

Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged 100% of the session fee

No Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable, including unused sessions or late cancellations

No refunds are provided for missed appointments, early termination of care, or changes in treatment plans
